What You’ll Do:
- Renewal Processing: Handle the entire renewal process including sending out renewals, tracking their status, following up on unpaid renewals, submitting payments, and updating information when needed.
- Administrative Support:
- Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Request vouchers.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records.
- Answer phone calls and process emails professionally.
- Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working with Zoho CRM.
- Ability to create and interpret dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
