Operations Assistant

What You’ll Do:

  • Renewal Processing: Handle the entire renewal process including sending out renewals, tracking their status, following up on unpaid renewals, submitting payments, and updating information when needed.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met.
    • Request vouchers.
    • Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records.
    • Answer phone calls and process emails professionally.
  • Nice-to-Have Skills:
    • Experience working with Zoho CRM.
    • Ability to create and interpret dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
